Stripped Down Naked at the Doctor’s Officeby Jessica Johnson • December 20, 2020Phillip, my 54-year old older cousin, had a physical a few months ago. This was the first time since Covid-19 that I was allowed back in the exam room with him. (I insist upon being present during his exams as his health care power of attorney; the nurses try to contain their giggles when they find out I’m not his wife or girlfriend, but his younger cousin! Which is quite embarrassing for him since they wonder why he needs to be chaperoned by his 37-year old female cousin!) I wish Phillip had been completely naked, but he was required to keep one thing on. LOL!  Phillip naked, except for a face mask. The grinning female nurse left the two of us alone while Phillip stripped and put on one of those flimsy paper gowns that wouldn’t even close in the back because of his fat butt. The nurse came back in with a young female scribe (notetaker) and had Phillip get on the scale for weight and height. She grinned and winked at me since Phillip’s behind was exposed. When she lifted the bar that measures the height, it caught on the bottom of Phillip’s gown, accidentally (or perhaps purposely?) lifting it above his waist. “Ooops!” she said, suppressing a grin as she made no effort to avert her eyes from what was now fully exposed below. The scribe, a young woman in her early 20s, stood further back but still had a good view, was wide eyed and holding her hand to her mouth, also not averting her eyes. When the nurse quickly lowered the height bar, it snagged on the loose collar of Phillip’s paper gown, ripping it down to his waist. The poorly tied laces around his neck loosed completely and since the ties around his butt couldn’t tie together at all, the flimsy thing slide off completely and down to his ankles, leaving Phillip totally nude in front of the three of us. Both women gasped and snickered and I reached down to pick it up before Phillip could, thereby assuring he had nothing to cover his himself with except his hands. Not that it mattered by that point. They had seen all there was to see – and that wasn’t much. LOL! The nurse apologized between her snickering while she tried – and failed – to disguise giggles as coughs and said she’d look for another gown but that she was almost done with the preliminaries and might as well complete them first. Phillip was told to sit up on the edge of the exam bed for his vitals to be taken. As you can see from his nude pics, Phillip has gynecomastia, so in an attempt to regain his modesty, he placed his left hand down over his exposed penis while trying to cover his enlarged breasts with his right arm. Well, guess which arm the nurse lifted up to take his blood pressure with? LOL! When he was about to re-cover his penis with his free hand, she scolded him, “Just relax, Phillip. It’s nothing we all haven’t seen before.” Chastised by the young woman, he sheepishly let his right arm hang down from his side, leaving himself exposed as the nurse turned and winked at me. After some additional routine questions, the two smirking women left the room. The doctor came in a short while later and she started the routine parts of the exam, wondering why my cousin was sitting on the exam table totally naked and holding a folded torn paper gown over his genitals. Then she said since she skipped the DRE on Phillip last time, she wanted to perform one this visit (my cousin has an enlarged prostate and has urinary difficulties). So Phillip had to stand up, leaving himself totally nude, exposed and blushing badly. She looked down at his pathetically small penis, smirking and then looked up at me with a slight grin. She put on a pair of gloves and examined his genitals, asking him questions about his prostate and urinary problems and his erectile dysfunction (he can’t get an erection). You can imagine how ashamed my cousin felt having to answer questions about his sexual impotency and failed masturbation attempts in front of me to a female doctor! LOL! Because of his obesity, it wasn’t easy for Phillip to try to get back up onto the exam table for the DRE. Finally she had him stay standing and bend over while spreading his legs slightly. Then she performed the digital rectal exam on him. But poor Phillip! I could tell he was getting more and more nervous when the nurse and scribe were in the room earlier. But now he couldn’t help himself any longer. He let out an involuntarily squirt of pee for several seconds as she entered him before he grasped his penis, trying to hold back the floodgates. The doctor tried to keep a straight face, but she was smirking and biting her lip as she kept probing around inside him with her finger. I helpfully opened the door wide open so that a young nurse (not the same one as earlier) nearby could bring in a couple paper towels. When she saw why they were needed, she giggled and then sent in the young female scribe who had been in the room earlier. Phillip couldn’t look any of us in the eye! He was so embarrassed, ashamed and humiliated! LOL! But that wasn’t the end of my cousin’s shame that day. The doctor told the scribe to quickly grab a urine bottle. “I don’t think Phillip will be either able to get dressed or make it to the bathroom. So we might as well get the urine sample now,” she said with a wide grin. The scribe returned a moment later, holding the bottle for Phillip as she placed the opening around the head of his penis. He then began to pee. The doctor smirked and said, “I’ll be back in a little bit.” As she left, the door didn’t securely close and an older teenage girl later passed by and watched in amazement from the doorway for about ten seconds before she starting laughing at the sight of a middle aged naked obese male with such a small penis. Phillip was really feeling a sense of small penis shame when the girl held up her pinky finger at him before the grinning nurse who had examined Phillip earlier walked over and closed the door tightly while stepping inside the room. It was nearly two minutes before Phillip finished his pee. Because of his enlarged prostate, his urine stream isn’t very strong. So his humiliation only grew with each passing moment. I added to it by giving him a firm whack across his bare behind while berating him, “Can’t you pee any faster?” while the two other women chuckled in amusement. |

Phillip's so meek and submissive that I can routinely strip him naked and pin him into a diaper with only a weak, whiny protest from him. Sort of like an embarrassed pre-school boy would give his teenage babysitter about her seeing his tiny prepubescent penis at bath time. So really - does someone so emasculated like that deserve any modesty? I think not. And I think you agree. LOL! Of course Phillip hates being humiliated like this and wishes that I would stop publicly shaming him. But he also acknowledges that I have the right to do so, that he submitted to my authority, and that he accepts his fate. He is also so very ashamed to admit that he is so submissive, but that's what he is: a submissive. But in doing, besides women who know Phillip, I also garnered about 150+ additional followers, including men who started sending me unsolicited dick pics. So I've since made most of Phillip's nudes viewable for friends & family only and deleted nearly all followers (it's nothing personal). Of course that's no reason why you all shouldn't be able to see much of what all Phillip's female relatives saw. LOL! I've made many of the nude pics of Phillip that I put up on Flickr public anyway, just for the heck of it. This pic of Phillip's micro-penis has reached over 6,600 views! LOL! Someone even put it up on Wikipedia as an example of a micro-penis. LOL! Well, that was O.K. because, unlike most of the other nude pics of Phillip (which are copyrighted by me and may NOT be used without permission), that one I had indicated people would be allowed to use. Not that Phillip showed any appreciation for me NOT allowing others to be used in a similar way. Others, like this nude one also showing his face, received a more modest total of views since only his female relatives saw them. Still, that's not much consolation for Phillip, I suppose. LOL!
